He invited the entire team from the estate for a tasting where sommeliers, journalists and friends followed one another, almost until the end of the night. This is the official launch of Belargus, the culmination of his oenophile dreams and two decades of hard work. Flashback.
Wednesday February 9, 1972, birth of Ivan. Nothing intends him for wine. But he has a solid grounding in soil. His paternal grandfather owned vines, without working them himself. Ivan keeps some memories of it, like the smell of fermentation.
