This large and traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape house produces a wide range of wines, the classic being the fiole-du-pape, a curious bottle containing a blend of vintages. The house also owns a 15 hectare estate, Barville, in the Gardine area. This year’s tasting confirms the progress made. We welcome this change in style.

• Domaine Barville 2020. AOP Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Excellent, with a lot of sap, style, a nice roundness in the tannin and balance, great value for money to be expected. 91/100
• Domaine Grosset 2021. AOP Cairanne.
• Château de Bord 2021. AOP côtes-du-rhône villages Laudun.
