This vast and sumptuous estate, owned by Irishman Patrick McKillen, consists of forests, olive groves and 125 hectares of vineyards. The idyllic landscape is home not only to a Venetian-style bastide built in 1682, but also to a brand new winery designed by Jean Nouvel, an art centre since 2011, and to top it all off, a magnificent, intimate luxury hotel since 2017. Add to this five restaurants, including the starred Hélène Darroze, and it is easy to understand that you could spend a whole day here, navigating between vineyards, art and gastronomy.
