Domaine. Benoît Ente is a committed winegrower. He would like to see a real change in viticulture to ensure greater sustainability throughout the appellation. He works his 5.86 hectares in 3 appellations, pruning his vines differently according to the needs of the grape variety. The fact that he has delegated the sales of his wines to a third party allows him to age them for longer periods, up to 18 months, in barrels or foudre, without filtering. Intelligent use of wood, combined with attractive terroirs, produces elegant wines with personality and volume.
