It was a in a festive mood that close to a hundred guests attended our last event for 2022.
Guests were able to mingle and meet new friends, sip and nibble in the cosy atmosphere of Groom Vietnam.
Rada Vietnam offered a range of new cuvées from its all-Australian portfolio. Phu & Em had brought Champagne and Italian white and pink bubbles for a touch of gold, as well as a few classics. Viva House of wines proposed wines from one of Chile’s most important wineries.
All enjoyed coming up and sharing pairings between the wines and the foods on offer.
Wines, bubblies and reds were well accompanied by a selection of cheeses offered by Paysan Breton (amongst others, a Raclette!), chocolates prepared by Co Tho Socola and cannelés of different flavours presented by Cake Away.
To ensure spirits were high, Nana Chen, of Saigon String Quartet perfomed indoors and outdoors a few seasonnal pieces.
