THE ESTATE Sixty hectares perpetuate the tradition of soave classico in the Veneto region. The father, Stefano, works with his three sons. Matteo is the one who most enjoys coming to Paris to explain the charms of the Greek Garganega grape on volcanic soils.
THE WINE It grows on the south-facing hills of Foscarino. Fragrant with white and yellow flowers and a hint of chamomile. Full-bodied, with a hint of bitter almond and salinity.
THE DETAILS In red, Bordeaux varieties and Carménère, long mistaken for Cabernet Franc.
