Didier Séguier has been in charge of the estate since it was bought by Bouchard Père et Fils from Beaune nearly a quarter of a century ago. Of course, the vineyard heritage is certainly the most beautiful in the whole of Chablis, in Premiers as well as in Grands crus, but the applied and rigorous work in the vineyard as well as in the cellar allows to extract all the quintessence of the minerality proper to the Kimmeridgian limestone of Chablis. These wines are often enjoyable when young, but they also resist impeccably to ageing.
