BANDOL

Domaine de l’Olivette, Absolue 2019 A pretty Bandol rosé from one of the oldest estates in the appellation. We love its finely herbaceous character, the strength that emanates from its aromas of ripe red fruit, its notes of incense and its long finish that happily betrays the presence of mourvèdre. You can have fun decanting it if you want to drink it young.

COTEAUX-D’AIX-EN-PROVENCE

Château Bas 2022 Lots of immediate charm and an expressive nose with notes of red berries and lemony aromas, an energetic attack, good freshness on the palate with persistence. A fine success.

Château La Coste, Grand Vin Rosé 2022 A little less pale than some of its peers in this segment, but with an aromatic strength that gives it real personality right from the first nose. This plot selection from the estate’s highest vines is certified biodynamic for this vintage. With its saline character and hints of iodine, this is a wine to enjoy without tiring.

Domaine Vallon des Glauges, Oddo 2022 Brilliant colour, bright nose with primary notes of tart red fruit and lemony aromas, with a hint of spice to give it just the right amount of personality. Generous on the palate, it unfolds its flavours to a round finish, the signature of its terroir with its high clay content. Lovely freshness.
