Shoulder to shoulder the links between France and Lebanon are historic. There was no reason for the situation to be any different between its vineyards. As is so often the case, Bordeaux shows the way to fraternity.
“With Bordeaux, by Bordeaux, for Bordeaux” – these words were at the heart of the meeting organised in Lebanon in April by the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Beirut. Twenty-eight members of Commanderies de Bordeaux from around the world came from Paris, Bordeaux, Stockholm, Atlanta, Dallas and Philadelphia to promote Gironde wines and discover the culture of the host country.
